Breathing workshop & icebath
With the right breathing, people can measurably lower the stress level and at the same time collect energy for the next task.
At the weekly breathing workshop you will learn how to breathe "differently". A special highlight is the following ice bath in our 10-degree-cool water pool. This is definitely an experience that lets the weaker self behind.
Meditation Sessions
In meditation it is basically just about taking a few minutes for yourself, dealing with yourself and listening to the inner voice.
This is exactly what awaits you in the weekly meditation sessions with our Lifetime Coaches.
Nutrition- and Herbal Workshops
Many people are already aware of the fact that nutrition improves the body feeling and ideally helps them to a healthy body.
An appropriate nutrition has also many positive "side effects", which keep us young and fit.
You don't always need superfoods like chia seeds or likewise. Many of the great basic substances - the so-called wild herbs - can be found in the meadow of your garden or in the forest.
In our weekly workshops we would like to show you how you can integrate these simple things into your everyday life.

Their sports and activity programme includes:
- Active awakening with BodyArt Flow, Power Workouts, Stretching, and more
- Guided hikes, a few times a week
- Guided e-bike tours, two to three times a week (excluding bike rental)
10x by SBH
That is a high intensity slow motion training where you train with 5 machines once a week for 90 seconds. That is a highly effectiv training where you start with 70% of the maximum you are able to do. Every time you reach the 90 seconds you will increase your weight the next time. If you stay below the 90 seconds you take the same weight the next time.
The results are amazing and we will teach you how you can train that at home too.
