Cancellation Policies are as following:
Bookings for Summer 2022 (May to November 2022) due to COVID19:
With us you can change your holiday to a later point in this summer or to the summer 2023 (to a surcharge) or even cancel your holiday free of charge until 2 weeks before arrival. From 2 weeks to one week prior arrival the cancellation fee is 70%. Within the last week before you arrive 90% of the cost of your booking will be charged, on early departure 100%. Until 24 hours prior arrival you can change your holiday to a later date in summer 2021 (to the same price). A cancallation free of charge is also possible if there is a travel warning grade 4, a cancellation of the flights to Salzburg or Munich, if there is a mandatory home quarantine of more than one week or in case of an entry ban. To be 100% sure! Despite the pandemic status the European Travel Insurance has insurance coverage in the event of illness or signs of Covid-19! Details you can find here. 

Winter Bookings for Winter 2022/23 for groups up to 10 persons:
With us you can change your holiday to a later point in this winter or to the winter 2023/24 (to a surcharge) or even cancel your holiday free of charge until 6 weeks before arrival. From 6 weeks to one week prior arrival the cancellation fee is 70%. Within the last week before you arrive 90% of the cost of your booking will be charged, on early departure 100%. A cancallation free of charge is also possible if there is a travel warning grade 4, a cancellation of the flights to Salzburg or Munich, if there is a mandatory home quarantine of more than one week or in case of an entry ban. To be 100% sure! Winter Bookings for groups from 11 persons:
With us you can cancel your holiday up to 3 months before arrival free of charge or you can change your holiday to a later point in this winter or to the winter 2023/24 (to a surcharge). From 3 months to 2 months prior arrival the cancellation fee is 40%. From 2 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 70%. Within the last 4 weeks before you arrive 90% of the cost of your booking will be charged, on early departure 100%. A cancallation free of charge is also possible if there is a travel warning grade 4, a cancellation of the flights to Salzbrug or Munich, if there is a mandatory home quarantine of more than one week or in case of an entry ban. To be 100% sure!
