The rates are per person and night incl. Saalbacher Hof included benefits, but exclusive the local tax (€2,45 per person and night until 29.03.2025, €2,95 per person and night from 01.05.2025). 
*Early Booking Bonus: If you book until the 31st of March you will get an Early Booking Bonus of 10% on all bookings for three and more nights.

> Cancellation Policies for your summer holiday 2025 <

With us you can change your holiday to a later point in this summer or to the summer 2026 (to a surcharge) or even cancel your holiday free of charge until 2 weeks before arrival. From 2 weeks to one week prior arrival the cancellation fee is 70%. Within the last week before you arrive 90% of the cost of your booking will be charged, on early departure 100%. 

These conditions are only valid for individual bookings up to 10 persons. 

In the summer the Joker Card, which allows for use of cable cars, buses and much more—free of charge—is included. On weekends there is a surcharge of €5,- per person and night.

In the winter we do not add a surcharge for short stays, thus a stay on the basis of half board is only possible from three nights onwards.
