American breakfast with bacon and eggs. In the summer wild herbs from our 3.000 m²
Rooftop Garden are used. You can always decide for yourself.

In the evening, the
five-course gourmet dinner uses fresh seasonings from our herb spiral, for instance, as seasoning on our exceptional Pinzgau milk calf steak.

fish- or meat lover is welcome.

Culinary pleasure
We need “toques” to not get cold ears, and we prefer to watch “stars” from our
Rooftop Garden. With regard to culinary delights, we rely entirely on our
chef de cuisine, Anton Enzinger, who continues to always impress our guests with his flair for the right spice, freshness, and variety - for
more than 25 years. The regional and seasonal ingredients are freshly prepared for you at an international level: When it comes to your enjoyment, we know no compromises.
If you book your holiday that

Those of you who prefer
traditional Austrian cuisine, our à-la-carte restaurants
s’Wirtshaus and
Soul House (in winter) are open every day. But not only can you count on having
“Tafelspitz” (cap of rump) and
“Tiroler Gröstl” here: there’s always a lively atmosphere in the bar. And on the wall is a guitar, which says to you: “Play me!”
Gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian, vegan, uncooked vegetarian food, or completely different. Our kitchen team is creative and absolutely flexible.
