Corporate Happiness

Only with happy employees extraordinary and unique moments and experiences can arise.

Because of that Carina Lechner, M.A., our management assistant and staff representative, is our Corporate Happiness ® Commissioner at the Saalbacher Hof. It’s her who provides the SBH Crew with tools with which they can increase their personal happiness, i.e., the happiness level in the job and ultimately in the business, thus, the Hotel Saalbacher Hof.
Therefore, for example, the Gratitude Diary or the definition and living of fundamental values belong to the daily routine of Carina and the rest of the SBH Crew.

In the regular Happiness Talks where everyone can participate, one always get useful tips and strategies so that happiness can be easily implemented in one’s own life or it is the ideal circle to exchange experiences.

Because, as already stated, only those who are happy have fun in life! And that is our goal.

Dreamwork Tip:
“Small things, which we often do not even notice, frequently imbue us with happiness. Focus your attention more on these things in your life and you will feel better and happier.”
